Knee and Calf Exercises

Throughout the day our ankles and knees take a huge amount of impact when we walk, run, lift objects and play sports. This exercise series focuses on stimulating these ankle and knee joints as well as the calf muscles. This sequence will leave those joints and lower leg muscles feeling stronger and more supple.
