About Diane

Diane’s passion is to inspire her clients with the life-changing benefits of movement. She loves helping clients discover that no matter our age, the body is an endless road of new experiences and possibilities.

An integrated whole body perspective means Diane's practice is alive and constantly evolving alongside new techniques, innovations and thriving ideas related to health and wellness.

Whether one-to-one or in a small group session, she guides each client to find the revitalised body. The secret is simple. By working with, not against our bodies, Diane believes each of us can reconnect with our core knowledge to move through life with ease, confidence and joy.
