Through subtle moves you learn to heighten interoceptive and proprioceptive awareness,
listening to and releasing subconsciously held muscle tension through mental focus and breath.
As you learn to notice and let go, strength, coordination, and control are enhanced to an even greater degree,
pain and discomfort are eased.
It allows you to enhance the experience of your yoga practice—and any physical practice you pursue.
